Ensure a thorough knowledge of customer needs and industry trends. Develop 'Market Requirements Document' to create business case for products Lead marketing campaigns and coordinate go-go-market activities for product launches Provide content for collateral including whitepapers, data sheets, FAQ, feature/benefit sheets, case studies

Provide product positioning materials and tools for customer facing teams

Act as SME, where appropriate, to ensure PR coverage and inform decisions on market facing activities

Collaborate with Market Analyst to understand competitive analysis and provide insights to Product

Experience and Knowledge

Degree in business, marketing or related field 3-5 years of related experience

Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales and product development processes

Strong project management, collaboration and sales support skills

Ability to develop strong relationships cross functionally

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Solid business acumen, management and problem solving skills

Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office suite and project management (Asana)

Effective time management and organizational skills
