What does a great Product Marketing Manager do?
You will have a chance to work with the leader in financial services technology. You will oversee the development, integration, and execution of product/service marketing plans for our managed services and biometric solutions, Sentry and Verifast. You will have the opportunity to coordinate with corporate marketing to ensure campaigns are integrated to overall brand message. You will also assist Product Management, Account Management and Sales in achieving annual quota attainment through the development of sales support material, including case studies, collateral, testimonial videos, client newsletter and public relations.
As a Product Marketing Manager you can look forward to:
•Gaining an understanding of client product buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria to drive value for financial institutions
•Overseeing the creation and execution of product marketing plans to launch new and enhanced products/services.
•Participating in the development of division marketing plans
•Developing and maintaining selling toolkits and sales packs to educate sales teams and assist in understanding product positioning, value proposition, target market, etc.
•Working with corporate marketing and division associates to execute campaigns.
•Measuring campaign effectiveness.
•Developing client testimonials through research and business unit engagement.
•Updating/maintaining product content on Fiserv.com
•Collaborating with marketing peers across Fiserv to coordinate messaging/campaigns

You have a strong marketing background and experience within the financial services, IT managed services, or cloud infrastructure industry. You are excited about the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment within a large organization.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
•Bachelor's degree. Relevant equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
•Experience in the financial services, IT managed services, cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure industry.
•Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
•Experience developing creative marketing plans with measurable results
•Ability to travel up to 25%

•Web content management
•Digital marketing expertise
•Thought leadership content development experience
•Experience in the cybersecurity industry or related industry a plus
