The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is passionate for understanding customers and their business challenges, developing compelling positioning and messaging, identifying/creating effective market and sales materials and keeping ahead of the competition. The candidate will be comfortable being the conduit between Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Business Development to ensure we are building and communicating the right messages to the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product messaging that differentiates products from others in the market
  • Be an expert on our customers, their pain-points, and criteria for buying for Druva's Phoenix solution
  • Communicate the value of products to the sales team and develop/manage sales tools and content that facilitate their selling process
  • Plan and take part in the launch of new products and campaigns, and coordinate activities across multiple different departments
  • Stay abreast of key competitors and keep internal teams up-to-date on the latest market changes
  • Create compelling, market driven collateral (presentations, data sheets, sales guides, white papers, demos, blog posts, and web copy) that tells a unique and compelling story
  • Lead the charge on new releases and define the go-to-market and campaigns for product success
  • Work closely with Product Management and Sales to develop and deliver transformational training on Druva Products
  • Support Marketing activities by creating compelling product demonstrations, videos and represent Druva as a product evangelist at trade shows

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years Product Marketing, Technical Marketing , Sales Engineer, or equivalent experience
  • Candidate must have experience in enterprise backup, storage and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) especially Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Excellent writing skills, including the ability to create content aligned to a technical audience
  • Motivated self-starter, ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
