The LinkedIn Careers Team was formed around the belief that having the right job is transformative, and we are driven by a desire to help people get jobs they love. We are looking for a product marketer to help define the next generation of job-seeking products and launch them into the market.


  • Define the next generation of LinkedIn's products that will help seekers stand out for the right jobs
  • Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, researchers, designers, marketing partners, and business operations to build and launch products globally
  • Work with market research to deepen our understanding of job seekers' needs and connect them to the needs of hiring companies
  • Generate competitive and industry insights to inform product differentiation strategy
  • Develop positioning and messaging for highly differentiated features, while driving initiatives to sustain awareness of core features
  • Work with brand marketers and LinkedIn's internal creative team to develop and launch marketing campaigns
  • Use our existing digital marketing channels (email, social) and new channels (SEM, paid acquisition) to increase awareness of LinkedIn's jobs products

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product, consumer or brand marketing experience
  • BA or BS degree - ideally in business, economics, marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating user needs and insights into product implications and messaging
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Internet or technology industry experience
  • Global marketing experience
  • A combination of analytical and creative abilities, with emphasis on creativity
  • Honed presentation skills; confidence in presenting point of view in multiple forums, including leadership level
  • Ability to effectively represent audience voice with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks with multiple functions
  • Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
