As the Product Marketing Manager,you are responsible for driving revenue growth for your product in accordance with corporate goals. You’ll provide our sales force with the information it requires to advance product sales, and be the champion for new product innovations. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Pricing - You will be responsible for pricing research and analysis. You’ll work with product management, engineering, sales and finance to develop competitive pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability and support our business strategy
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
  • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing
  • Willing to travel 25%
  • Experience working with sales, product management, and business owners
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Exceptional copywriter, editor, and communicator
  • Experience in HR/Comp/Benefits is a plus
  • Passion, tenacity, grace, humility, superstar presentation skills and a superior work ethic
