Duties:

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning, development, and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with engineering to deliver patient-focused products, and coordinating the product launch. It also includes working with sales and others to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Lead efforts in the defining the product strategy and roadmap. The role also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager will work with members of the product development team to conceive, develop, prototype, test and debug novel catheter systems in accordance with established policies, goals, and objectives.

Identify and interact with internal staff or vendors to obtain engineering materials, processes, and equipment.

Help develop sales tools and collateral

Assist in briefing and training the sales force

Perform product demos targeted to customers, events, and tradeshows.

Be well-versed with respect to the competition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus

Minimum of 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or Technical Marketing Engineer in the medical device space.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Ability to engage with external customer groups

Travel is required
