The Raymond Corporation, a Toyota Industries Corporation company, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our comprehensive automation portfolio. Our environment is customer-centric, future- oriented, and places high value on strong business judgment, in addition to outstanding communication skills. This high-visibility role will interact with all levels of Raymond leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, programs, and promotions for Raymond Automation products and/or services to support Raymond Solutions and Support Centers in the sale of Raymond products and/or services. The candidate will also work across multiple disciplines to ensure that Raymond's complete offering and value proposition are promoted and articulated with precision to the industry and sales channels. Travel may be required (anticipated at up to ~25%, primarily domestic).

The successful candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to marketing, general business, finance/analysis, and product life-cycle management.
Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and dependability. Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to influence and negotiate with others in order to resolve difficult problems that can affect long term relationships with customers. Requires a high level of attention to detail and analytical skills to understand and interpret complex data. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
