The Product Marketing Director will report to and work with the VP of Marketing to shape and drive the marketing and content required for top notch "middle of funnel" sale execution for our Hiring Success Platform.
As a key player and representative of a growing team, you should be comfortable with navigating and influencing cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Support.
Define middle of funnel messaging by persona, industry and segment
Work closely with the demand generation and sales team to drive the compelling narrative that helps move new opportunities to active valid sales pursuits.. These stories are told in every format: from email to infographics to videos to case studies to webinars and speeches.
Be a powerpoint/google slides ninja and master "framer" that tells our company's story effectively in the appropriate first and second call "pitch decks"
Work closely with the product and sales engineering teams to author the ideal product video and demo scripts for our sales team to effectively use to wow prospects and differentiate from the competition
Create a set of sales playbooks that are tailored to the buying persona for our sales team to use repeatably that improve close and win rates.
Work with product and executive teams to manage our industry thought leaders and key analysts and regularly present to them on "Why SmartRecruiters"
You have 2-5 years experience in content marketing or product marketing
You are a great writer, love storytelling, and can create beautiful slide decks that communicate clearly and motivate emotionally
You understand the sales process well and how best to partner with and educate account executives on how to repeat winning formula
You geek out about product and have become an expert at your company at relating what matters most about your product to prospective buyers
Ideally, have a background in HR Tech and/or B2B Saas
Are a critical thinker and love a fast-paced environment
You will be part of a highly professional and motivated team whilst working in an international environment (we have offices in San Francisco, Spokane, Berlin, Krakow and more)
