Job Description:

Citrix is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join its Product Management team. As part of the Product Management group, you bridge the technical and business world as you design products and solutions for the Citrix customer base. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.  You will be immersed in UI designs, customer feedback, scoping out features, and analyzing data.  You will guide products throughout the execution cycle, making recommendations on positioning and packaging, as well as promoting the offerings to our customers.


  • Roadmap planning to support our goals and strategies
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, design, marketing and partner facing teams to grow the business for Citrix XenDesktop offerings – perpetual, CSP and cloud offerings
  • Drive definition and delivery of features demanded by the best IT organizations from a spectrum of large enterprises, commercial to SMB segments
  • Play a critical role in discovering new market opportunities, defining detailed requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams to build and maintain enduring, high-quality integrations and services
  • Responsible for long-term strategic planning, cross-product initiatives and market validation of new products and services
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement and iterate new features
  • Participate in weekly sprint meetings and provide ongoing guidance on customer needs and priorities


  • Minimum qualifications:
    • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics
    • 4+ years of experience in software industry
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) program
    • 2+ years product management experience with B2B products
    • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements across diverse functional areas and convert them into a compelling product vision
    • Demonstrated ability working with technical teams to rapidly produce prototypes and iterations
    • Creative problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
