Job Summary

The Web Product Manager is responsible for the development, execution and support of new and existing digital capabilities designed to enhance the customer experience and improve marketing performance. This role will be key in taking KinderCare to the next level with regards to digital acquisition and family engagement. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with business owners, KinderCare IT and external resources to develop these new capabilities. You will be a key driver in many new opportunities across KinderCare's digital ecosystem including websites and applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with senior leadership to develop digital product strategies, create product plans and roadmaps, and oversee the execution of those plans
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Develop product requirements, scope projects, write and review SOWs, and ensure clarity of purpose, scope, and resources applied to those projects
  • Lead product team and coordinate cross-functional teams, including both internal and external resources
  • Manage relationship(s) with external agencies
  • Ensure products and releases are launched without defects and on schedule

Qualifications Key desired skills and experience:

  • 3+ years' experience with digital product management and/or marketing focused primarily in a B2C environment and experience with multi-location businesses required
  • Strong working knowledge of agile work methodologies, UX processes, and software / web operations delivery approaches
  • Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across functional teams, improve processes, and champion high-quality experiences that drive business results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing and customer acquisition
  • Experience with various Content Management System platforms, particularly Sitecore
