About the Role:
Product Manager, VPN, will focus on the customer experience of the VPN product and its features for the Norton consumer business. This role requires understanding customer needs, defining new features, and highlighting areas for enhancing the customer experience. You will oversee the entire customer journey of the VPN product and prioritize & implement changes to improve engagement and satisfaction with the privacy offering.
In this role you'll develop a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, and the Norton/LifeLock product offering. Solutions to meet those needs will include development of new features, enhancement of existing features, and communication of existing features. Throughout it all you'll seek out and, where necessary define, the data and metrics required to understand the problem as well as its possible solution.
You are responsible for new features as well as managing the growth and adoption of existing features. Your responsibility includes:
Gaining customer experience insights on current features
Proposing and prioritizing features and solutions to solve for customer and market needs
Creating user personas and validating new features with current and potential customers.
Working closely with UX & Design to create mobile, desktop, and web designs, as well as user test and validate proposed user experience updates and new features.
Working closely with Engineering, and Marketing to define business value, highlight customer impact, and forecast expected revenue and customer count impacts.
Product Roadmap & Vision:
Developing and implementing a vision for the VPN product roadmap.
Aligning this vision with the company goals and strategy
Building out short, medium, and long-term milestones to accomplish your vision
Defining, documenting, and prioritize roadmap items for delivery intake
Define and measure KPIs
Subject Matter Expert:
Serve as primary representative for project team and internal stakeholders during development
Serve as the primary owner of the customer experience post launch. Security Competencies:

• Follow and abide by all information security and compliance policies and practices.
Qualifications and education:
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• 5-8 years of work experience in product management, preferably in consumer internet or software.
