What We Are Looking For:

As a Product Manager - Voice, you will work closely with all aspects of the organization including Product and Software Development, Vendor Management, Customer Operations, Sales, Network Engineering, Marketing and Billing. This individual must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and must be able to work cross-functionally in an efficient and effective manner. Think of yourself as a small business owner: you will manage profitable, mature, and growing voice products while using your industry experience to develop and advocate for improvements to the existing product line. You will also be regularly engaged with customers, supporting Sales and Development efforts

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Toll Free
  • In depth knowledge of SMS Routing, and SOMOS activities
  • Make daily cost/benefit analysis decisions which will impact organizations such as Technology, Product, Network Engineering, Sales and Finance
  • Support the rest of the Voice Product line when needed (Termination, Origination)
  • Work closely with Voice Product leadership to guide and advocate for overall voice strategy including pricing
  • Work closely with the Network Optimization and Cost Management team to identify opportunities to maximize margins
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Engineering to grow top-line revenue and open new markets
  • Work closely with Product and Software Development to develop new features
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Customer Operations to create collateral for external and internal consumption
  • Serve as a general point of escalation for all Toll Free related issues

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Telecommunications
  • 5-7 years of experience in the Wholesale Voice space
  • 3-5 years of experience specific to Toll Free Services
  • Knowledge of the SMS800 database including template, customer and pointer record management
  • Knowledge of SMS800 and RespOrg management software platforms
  • Knowledge of Tier 1 Feature Group D Networks and industry resellers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make daily decisions to support growth with an overall product strategy vision in mind
  • Ability to manage a product Road Map and make difficult priority decisions
