As part of the Observability product management team, you will be responsible for key areas of the offering.
Perform problem discovery with target personas, market research, and competitor analysis to define key use cases to solve.
Work closely with engineering managers, architects, designers, program management, and product marketing to define, plan, and launch new product offerings.
Collaborate X functionally with key stakeholders to evangelize new product offerings and understand pain points.
Understand, and augment product offerings based on quantitative and qualitative data to ensure a seamless UI/UX experience for key user flows.
You have experience as a product manager at a monitoring company with a background in SaaS and understand how the broader product team comes together to drive business outcomes.
You are familiar with Digital Experience Monitoring and understand the core value propositions it drives for customers.
You are well versed in AIOps and understand the key problems it can solve for organizations.
You are naturally curious and enjoy working with users and customers.
You are Data-driven and have no problem getting into the details. You balance data with experience and intuition to craft and present insights. Your knowledge of the monitoring industry comes from not just reading about it, but using various tools and putting yourself in the shoes of the end-user.
Must be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in product management.
Experience with product-led growth, free trial, and various go-to-market models is a plus.
