What You’ll Be Doing

At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what are volunteers are responsible for – their mission.

  • Create value propositions and revenue models for new products and services.  Includes business case formation including Total Addressable Market (TAM), ideal customer profile, feature definition, pricing strategy, distributionchannels, and go-to-market plan.
  • Develop and own the product roadmap. Direct cross-functional teams to build and prioritize our feature roadmap based on revenue potential, then define workflows and requirements that development needs to execute to spec
  • Own the tactical, on-time delivery of new products and services as well as enhancements
    • Work with the Product Owner to create and own well-formed user stories and artifacts that describe and detail new products, features, and services as part of managing their delivery
    • Work daily with scrum teams to refine, groom, and accept stories and bugs for implementation
    • Work with the scrummaster and agile team to resolve issues
    • Manage to the definition of done from feature acceptance criteria and meet business value requirements
    • Review support tickets, bug details, and customer data to improve new products during GTM periods
  • Implement opportunities for process optimization and redesign that will allow us to accomplish objectives more quickly and at a higher level of probability
  • Strategize with sales and marketing to make sure value proposition is communicated succinctly and cleanly through digital materials
  • Ensure support, production, and implementation needs of new products and features are included in development efforts
  • All other related and/or additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned


Are You Qualified?

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 4 - 6 years product management experience delivering SaaS-based products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
  • Have the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences 
  • Be a strong leader who can prioritize well, and who understands how to drive focus and excellence within a strong, talented, opinionated team 
  • Have a strong track record of achieving the balance between innovation and strong customer and quality focus
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements, specifications, and documentation skills
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies including Aha, Jira, or similar management tools 


  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified
  • Experience with Lean Process Methodologies
  • eCommerce experience
  • Experience within the automotive industry
