Job Description

CSI Product Management has an immediate opening on our payment services team. This is an outstanding opportunity for anyone interested in a career working in thepayments industry. The main focus for the Product Manager is the responsibility for the development and security of the payment services products and services.

The Product Manager will have accountability for working with key platform vendor partners to drive product development and growth, and other related performance targets including product profitability, customer satisfaction, and availability. This position will also work closely with key stakeholders within the organization to maintain compliance with regards to data encryption keys for payment processing.

The Product Manager will participate in making recommendations on the overall long term platform strategy and provide detailed direction on the short term product business plan. The individual be assigned various projects and enhancements as needed, and assist the department with special projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic platform vendor relationship and platform developments
  • Oversee and manage encryption key generation and destructionprocessesincluding:
    • Formulate, manage, and implement ongoing encryption key policies and procedures
    • Monitor statutory and contractual key and data security obligations to ensure compliance
    • Work with CSI Internal Audit and Security for ongoing compliance and audit activities
  • Develop working knowledge and be a CSI Subject Matter Expert of payment industry trends
  • Take on special projects and initiatives as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Education

  • 3+ years in project management, financial services and/or banking
  • Project Management Profession (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience with card payment processing, pricing, implementations and payment trends preferred
  • College Degree required
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, able to stay organized and document progress
  • Comfortable and effective working directly with all levels of internal and external personnel
  • Capable of meeting fast-paced deadlines
  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as in a group environment
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
