Our client is a successful manufacturer of eye care products. Their products are highly valued by consumers and recommended by doctors across the nation. Naviga has been retained to identify a Product Manager to join their team in the Tampa Bay, FL area.

Title: Product Manager

Location: Tampa Bay, FL

·        Perform a growth product strategy-market expansion and ensuring market leadership together with the entire team

·        Passionately advocate for users, scope and define new opportunities from vision care practices, and lead the execution of offerings to support and grow the business

·        Shaping and implementation of long-term product, portfolio and communication strategies as part of the marketing plan in consultation with the management team

·        Identifying business opportunities and risks based on customer experience, competition and market trends

·        Close customer contact and building and maintaining of Key Opinion Leaders

·        Briefing and continuous coordination of mailing plans and promotional activity, independent management of projects

·        Material creation and sales training

·        Measures and budget planning

·        Close collaboration with our customers, as well as close cooperation and exchanges with international teams in Germany

·        Confidence-forming behavior in dealing with customers




  • 5+ years of product management experience within eye care industry
  • Track record of bringing successful health care products to market and scaling them
  • Passion for healthcare and technology
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Superb communication, presentation and organization skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with physicians, and senior business leaders
  • A bias toward action & strong will to get things done balanced by a style that effectively influences and gains buy-in
  • A comfort with leading multiple initiatives simultaneously


College Degree is required

30% overnight travel is expected
