Neocis is a venture-backed start-up company in Miami, FL developing the next generation of robotic surgery systems. Neocis received FDA clearance for the first robotic guidance system in the dental industry, and the team has a successful track record in robotic surgery.

To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are in the search of an experienced product manager. As an ideal candidate, you will be able to understand unfilled clinical needs and can translate those into product requirements. You are a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product development — from conception through launch. You have experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products.

We seek a candidate with the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering
Knowledge of dental/oral anatomy and surgery experience preferred
5+ years’ experience in a dynamic product management role
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

Responsibilities:

Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, requirements development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for product development by engineering teams
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, pricing and positioning and differentiation for new products
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, regulatory, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products
