Responsible for our client's service product requirements and feature development. Will serve as a product owner and manage a cross-functional development process including ideation, design, development and implementation of Mobile Services with a clear focus on improving the Customer Experience. Will work across the organization to lead definition, development, solution implementation, and product lifecycle. Owns the product and overall user experience for product launches, enhancements and break-fix. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, support Mobile Service growth targets, develop product roadmaps and driving the on time/budget implementation of those plans. Specific responsibility for Mobile rate plan development, feature development such as messaging (MMS/SMS/RCS), robocall prevention application, international roaming, etc. Also acts as a cross-functional liaison with business and technical organizations.


  • Deep understanding of the Mobile industry/technology/consumer/competitive trends from a Mobile services perspective and translate into actionable & practical product roadmaps, then implement on-time
  • Go to market in stages, starting with a well-reasoned MVP, then following up with iterations to improve and enhance based on customer response and market research
  • Understand the Mobile customer needs and the competitive landscape, as well as the latest technological innovations like 5G, dual SIM to drive and support product offerings
  • Craft short term and long term mobile services product vision that delights users and inspires customers as well as internal development teams
  • Develop, refine, prioritize and track implementation of requirements for new Mobile services, features, rate plans
  • Assess customer opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and make data and judgment driven trade-offs
  • Closely collaborate with and orchestrate efforts across functions and teams, including engineering, UX, analytics, research, and product marketing


  • BA degree or higher with technical discipline, MBA or Masters in technical discipline preferred
  • 5+ years' of applicable experience in product management
  • Telecom industry experience, specifically in the mobile space required
  • Knowledge of mobile technological innovations like 5G,
  • Dual SIM exposure and knowledge is required
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize mobile feature development and releases based on customer needs, resource availability, and the business case
  • Technical savvy and a strong understanding of Agile software development for mobile applications and Cloud
  • Experience in consumer-facing personalized products/services preferred
