Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, this role is responsible for defining, designing and monitoring the implementation of market-driven capabilities and solutions with specific focus on the life sciences industry. Balancing market needs, competitive offerings, customer requests and company strategy the Solutions Strategy and Development function is responsible for guiding the solution in order to drive profitable growth for YourEncore.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for working with the Center Of Excellence (COE) Principals to develop a roadmap for the solutions in each COE based on input from internal stakeholders, customers and the market
Maintains the roadmap for solutions across all COEs and provides regular status updates as required
Defines and adheres to a solution development life cycle process with defined inputs and outputs to drive delivery excellence
Identify the key benefits and value proposition of defined solutions to help the sales and marketing teams to communicate the value proposition and drive profitable market growth
Work closely with the COE Principals, Operations, Marketing and other teams to deliver solutions that align with the YourEncore corporate vision and meet market needs
Provides reporting updates to the Chief Operations Officer and the executive team on the status of the Solution Strategy and Development key milestones during development and ongoing metrics related to delivery
Works with Marketing to develop the core positioning and messaging for each COE solution set including the development of sales tools and collateral
Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers to identify key talent qualifications and resource needs to successfully deliver defined solutions
Briefs and trains the sales force and other internal stakeholders on new solutions
Supports the sales force in scoping new opportunities to define the strategic imperatives and develop comprehensive proposals, as needed to support the COE solution positioning
Act as leader within the company driving collaboration across internal teams to development and implement the COE solution roadmap
Performs other duties as requested by the Chief Operations Officer or YourEncore
Responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix organization for the on-time delivery of new solutions to meet corporate strategic objectives.
Education and/or Experience
BS or BA in in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
Prefer minimum 5-10 years in developing and /or selling solutions within the life sciences space preferably in Phase 1-4 clinical trials.
Strong understanding of the clinical drug development process
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver
Performs and completes tasks in a timely fashion

Ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams without formal authority
Ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable strategies.
Computer competency with fluency in Windows and Microsoft Office software applications, in addition to standard company systems, such as CRM and ATS applications, is essential.
Must be able to read written reports, business correspondence and typed information on a computer screen.
Must be able to hear well enough to effectively and professionally communicate with co-workers and clients.
Must be able to write, type and use the telephone.
