As the Product Manager for Upland Kapost, you will be responsible for shaping the future product roadmap of our content operations suite and driving innovation around content strategy, management, campaign orchestration, and analytics. You'll work in lockstep with engineering and design to bring new offerings to life and be a resource for sales, customer success, and marketing to enable our teams and our customers.

Most importantly, you will work directly with customers who are blazing a new path for marketing in a B2B environment and helping them do better work through creating great software.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing customers to understand the jobs-to-be done in their organization and how Kapostcan better help them
  • Performing market research and industry analysis to define trends that inform product strategy
  • Grooming and synthesizing feedback and feature requests into compelling features
  • Maintaining the Kapostproduct roadmap and promoting roadmap visibility company wide
  • Writing user stories and working closely with user experience and engineering teams to launch new features that solve critical customer pain points
  • Working with design to coordinate user research to define requirements and quickly iterate on potential solutions
  • Leading iteration planning and managing day-to-day development activities including standups and feature acceptance
  • Enabling internal teams (marketing, sales, and customer success) so they can properly market, sell, and support new Insights and integration features
  • Analyzing and understanding data to ensure successful product launches and inform the product roadmap
  • Managing the KapostCustomer Advisory Board

  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise products
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with design, data scientists, and engineers to bring great products/user experiences to life And you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Background/education indesign, computer science, or engineering
  • 5+ years of product management experience in an agile environment
