Bazaarvoice completed the acquisition of Influentster in August 2019 and with the 2 companies coming together we are able to create an even more attractive proposition for our clients.
Influenster is a digital destination where consumers discover products and reviews that enable them to make well-informed purchase decisions. With over 6 million members who have written over 38 million product reviews, we believe the consumer is the expert - everything we do within Influenster is centered around this philosophy.
For this role we are heavily investing in User Retention and Engagement. Our goal is to increase retained MAU numbers in sustained fashion. Creating utilities with great UI/UX, personalization of user experience, and a bug free environment is one the key goals of Influenster.
Director of Product Management will utilize CRM tools such as Braze to create automated CRM campaigns; have User Marketing team run Influenster User marketing campaigns to promote features for adaptation. She/he will work to optimize existing features to improve user engagement metrics, which will contribute to increased Retained MAU.
This person will need to be proactive, organized, capable of working independently, and willing to integrate the product into ones routine.
