ABOUT THIS JOB


If you'd like an opportunity where you'd manage Indirect Lending Products to help our clients grow their businesses, this might be the job for you. As an Indirect Lending Product Manager, you'll be developing and executing portfolio initiatives that result in the acquisition, activation, profitability, and/or product development for the Indirect line of business. The position will assist in creating the strategic plan for the line of business which includes portfolio growth, performance, product development, customer experience and management of revenue and expense goals. RESPONSIBILITIES


•Strategic planning and implementation

Work with cross department teams on projects and other efforts to improve our business processes and opportunities

•Complete tasks as required of line of business for product implementation, including workflow documentation, writing policies, manuals, testing, and training for sales team

•Analyze performance reports and communicate results and projections to management

Work with the sales team to understand market trends and conditions to apply to strategic planning.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


- College degree with emphasis in business or related field

- 5+ years product, marketing or related experience

- Experience in Indirect Lending preferred
