Job Description

The D. E. Shaw group seeks a product manager to join its Human Capital Systems and Infrastructure team to assist with the development and implementation of a redesigned systems infrastructure. This team acts as caretaker of the systems that optimize human capital processes and house employee data.

What you'll do day-to-day

The product manager will partner with developers to conceptualize solutions that expand and improve human capital systems. As the business partner for internal customers who are the main users of these systems, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, specifying technical requirements, prioritizing product roadmaps, and providing support for existing applications.
