Every day and in every way, we hold ourselves to an Honest standard. We believe that it is our responsibility to do our part to help create a healthy and sustainable future for all.

The Role

Our Digital team is kicking off the search for a Senior Product Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative customer experiences and managing initiatives that drive growth. You’ll define business rules and requirements and develop functional specifications through concise user stories and flow diagrams. If you’re analytical, strategic, and have an impressive track record of working in cross-functional partnerships, we’re talking to you.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and ensure the high-quality execution of new product initiatives from conception through delivery including gathering requirements and assets, crafting user flows, functional specs, and user stories, gaining stake-holder approvals and working with engineers to ensure requirements are clearly understood
  • Oversee the digital product road map, working with the business to determine new projects, prioritization and project trade-offs
  • Act as liaison with the Technology team, ensuring seamless communication and providing DTC updates on all company technology initiatives
  • Focus on the production of various concurrent initiatives related to website/mobile content, user interface design, and functionality
  • Work closely with the UX, Design, Consumer Engagement and Engineering teams, identifying dependencies and corner cases
  • Partner with UX to iterate through wireframes to convey specifications and interaction models that best suit user needs, then work with designers to create a compelling visual experience
  • Conduct ROI analysis on new project opportunities to assist with prioritization discussions
  • Use analytics and A/B testing to steer improvements, inform projects, and drive product decisions
  • Communicate with stakeholders and other appropriate parties to ensure that business requirements are being met and initiatives are completed to specifications
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to define and develop new features and functionalities to increase conversion and growth and support business goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to continually identify ways to grow the user experience

You’ll love this job if you’re:

  • All about user experience. You’ve got a deep-rooted passion for championing product vision, and you’re known for artfully and effectively articulating user stories and requirements
  • A self-starter who loves collaboration. You’re comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional teams
  • A dynamite problem solver and project manager. You’re always thinking (at least) one step ahead
  • A talented juggler. You successfully manage competing priorities, and you make it look easy
  • Dedicated and fast-moving. You’re known to operate with passion, urgency, and discipline
  • Adaptable and ambitious. You will enthusiastically take on other assignments as needed to support your team!

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management for an online retail or e-commerce website for consumer-facing products
  • Passion for the web, e-commerce, mobile and the overall customer experience
  • Strong understanding of established web and mobile standards and UI best practices, and a curiosity about emerging technologies
  • Experience in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with analytic tools like Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of user experience, front-end development and design concepts

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud technology
  • Experience with JIRA
