Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Develops the product strategy for online services through research and feasibility analysis. Leads product vision for assigned projects. Conducts market research, product planning, concepts and user cases (wireframes and user flows).
Builds business cases for product ideas. Initiates and oversees the coordination of products throughout their lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning. Works with design, software development and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
Gathers, organizes, analyzes and documents customer's business requirements including information on products and services offered by competitors. Understands market needs and user pain points, translates to product solutions. Writes and implements product specifications.
Works with marketing, engineering, sales, and strategic partnership teams to flesh out, spec, document, prioritize, and execute the vision. Obtains alignment and buy in from key stakeholders.
Manages product launch collateral including user documentation, marketing collateral, and demos. Translates customer/clients needs into new features and new services.
Measures and reports product performance and quality.
Provides market, industry and competitive expertise and analysis to drive product positioning. Understands customers, influencers and value chain to develop product offerings with clear advantage over competitive offerings.
May periodically attend Trade Shows and Product/Technical conferences and makes periodic visits to customers' offices and field locations to gather market intelligence and feedback.
Nature and Scope
Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to results expected. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.
Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8 - 20 pounds).
Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

As a key member our Product Management team you will be focused on all things mobile. You will be working closely with other product managers as well as teammates from Development, Analytics and Design to define the next generation of mobile commerce in the B2B space.
Champion a mobile-first approach across product strategy, design and development.
Have deep customer empathy and devise product features that drive desired customer behavior.
Create product specifications and user stories.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure prioritization and delivery of a roadmap supporting a best in class mobileexperience.
Partner with Design to create early mobile prototypes.
Advocate for extensive usability testing and work with Design to help create test scripts.
Partner with Analytics to define and track metrics. Derive valuable product insights based on trending user behavior. Make plans for actionable change based on data.
Drive improvements of key metrics such as customer satisfaction, performance, and scalability.
Compile analysis of customer feedback via various means to further improve the product.
Manage project plans and schedule commitments, while ensuring plans are integrated and aligned to overall organizational and business strategy.
Perform user acceptance testing throughout the development lifecycle.
Education and Experience
5+ years product management experience, with some focus specifically on mobile products
3+ years of experience with full product life cycle, from idea to implementation to public release and experience with building and deploying mobiletechnologies
Experience working in an Agile or leanAgile development environment
Bachelor's degreerequired, Master's preferred or 3+ years digital product management and/or product life cycle experience;
5+ years of experience in B2B eCommerce experience including WebSphere Commerce and Commerce Composer
Development experience with mobile apps, iOS, Android and responsive web a plus
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Oracle Maxymiser and Adobe Target
