The Digital Media team brings the world courtside by providing the NBA experience for everyone, everywhere! We build digital products that extend the league’s global reach, from mobile applications to virtual reality experiences. Globally, we work with our regional offices to develop strategies for distribution, and we also deliver live games and outstanding content directly to fans through our product NBA League Pass.
The Digital Media Product and Emerging Technology team’s mission is to deliver outstanding experiences that fans love and to grow the number of fans who use our products every day. We develop a product strategy that advocates for the fan and the NBA’s business and is based on a deep understanding of consumer insights, data, and research.
The NBA's Product Growth team's mission is to support a best-in-class digital product and content experience with an outstanding growth strategy. You will be responsible for broadening the openness of what is already one of the world's most transparent brands, and ensuring the NBA digital experiences are readily accessible and optimize for wherever and however our fans are looking for us.
As the Growth Product Manager, you will focus on driving organic consumer growth across the NBA's portfolio of digital products on the web (mobile/desktop) and app. This means being at the intersection of user experience, technology, and business to help define the product strategies that will increase the NBA's audience through web and app search, partner relationship management, outstanding content platforms and more.
You will also use product performance data, consumer insights, and research to develop and experiment with innovative product improvements that supply top-and middle-of-funnel growth. Working within the larger Digital Product team, you will collaborate closely with internal and external design, development, quality assurance, and third-party technology and partner teams to collaborate on the overall product roadmap.
