We are looking for a data-driven and creative Product Manager, Growth to join our expanding team in San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA. In this role you'll be able to wear your growth marketer hat while impacting the product roadmap.
Optimizing every step of the funnel - Align the marketing, product and business teams to create a successful experience across all parts of the user journey and at all levels of the funnel.
Working with the marketing team to identify key acquisition channels, design and implement experiments. Optimizing our viral and referral effects to increase organic traffic.
Develop key success metrics for user growth and create dashboards to monitor each step of the funnel.
Develop hypotheses and conduct a range of analytical / quantitative research projects that explores user acquisition and uses this data to enhance the user experience, market penetration and growth.
Working in partnership with the executive leadership to identify new markets, scalable business opportunities, then help build operational plans to execute against these opportunities.
Collaborate with the business development, marketing and customer success teams to understand customers' needs and build the product roadmap.
Work closely with product, engineering, PR, support and sales to develop and execute launch plans for new product updates targeted to relevant markets.
Become an expert in Group Communication - conduct user, market, and competitive research to understand the competitive landscape, evolving market needs, and how those things relate to the company mission and vision.
3-5+ years experience in product marketing / product management / growth or similar roles.
Empathy - the ability to understand users, put yourself in their shoes and learn quickly what they want and need.
A great mix creativity, strategic thinking, analytical thinking and leadership skills.
A great understanding of metrics and data combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong understanding of the fundamentals of a SaaS business
A track record of learning new markets, coming up with ideas and getting them done
Be an excellent communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them.
Experience working with segmented teams and capacity to bridge communication gaps.
Understanding of various digital marketing and user acquisition channels: paid/organic search, SEO / SEM , inbound & product marketing.
