Product/ Project Management

  • Manage the full product life cycle of web and mobile products, focusing on uncovering the innovative ideas that bring value to our customer, and pushing them forward
  • Passionately bring creative ideas to the table that improve site usability, and impact revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, attrition, and retention.
  • Deliver products against the roadmap, reporting on product delivery and any issues that may arise
  • Develop products from concept through to delivery in alignment with FabKids' agile process
  • Product development process andresponsibilitiesinclude:
    • Researching, identifying, and articulating user demand
    • Opportunity assessment and setting out the business case
    • Working with the UX team to produce prototypes, designs, and wireframes
    • Commissioning internal development teams to delivery - including project management
    • Deliver integration paths to existing platforms
    • Presentation of product internal and external FabKids stakeholders
    • Final sign off on all development before deployment to production
    • Lead post-mortem analysis on project completion
  •  Join forces with Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative, as a thought partner on each teams’ web related projects, prioritizing these projects, and executing on them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to research, define and detail market and user-specific needs/requirements and ensure the financial viability of new product ideas
  • Develop and effectively communicate project approach, scope, use cases and timelines on weekly development cycles
  • Works with multiple departments including TechStyle’s UI/UX team, Engineering, Marketing, Design and Analytics to ensure products are developed in accordance with established business requirements and best practices and that the project goals are fulfilled
  •  Create clear and concise roadmaps for web and mobile products from planning through implementation, QA, launch, and post-launch
  • Build strong, reciprocal, and light hearted / fun working relationships with engineering, QA, and cross functional partners
  • Effectively lead and facilitate project meetings and presentations
  • Represent the FabKids' product portfolio to external audiences and to end-users – ensuring product usage, development paths, and user demands are aligned for on-going product development

Site Experience & Analysis

  • Identifies the web experience’s success metrics in relations to’s core business KPIs
  •  Keep track of all web performance in terms of customer data, usage, and conversion metrics on a weekly basis
  • Help define and lead the web experience and its feature roadmap to exceed business goals on conversion and revenue
  • Beyond conversion and revenue, learn from our customers to better understand the site experience that they would love, and advocate for building this experience
  • Ability to conceptualize an abstract idea and turn it into user-friendly features per specific use cases
  • Have a strong point of view on design elements and interactions and how it pertains to a better user experience overall


  • 4-6  years relevant product management and e-commerceexperience; including managing consumer facing web products with increasing level of responsibility, technical role in an e-commerce, content or web application environment, website usability and customer experience
  • Unyielding desire to learn, challenge the status quo, and improve on processes
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making and experience in aggressive A/B testing in terms of performance, conversion and engagement optimization
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Proven abilities to drive change and generate new revenue sources
  • Demonstrated experience, and comfort with, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and brands while delivering an intuitive product
  • Analytical, Creative with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and communicate to all levels of an organization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners/clients
  • Project and process management skills plus a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the latest technical standards and best practices in web services
  • Strong / Expert UX background
  • Good consultative skills, soft skills, influencing and persuading businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited and recognized institution of higher learning is required with an advanced degree (MBA, equivalent) ideal
  • Proven experience in an agile (Scrum, Kanban) environment
  • Experience in ecommerce or fashion is a plus
