 The Product Manager is expected to:

  • Conduct research and use data to Identify the most important customer problems to solve across as it relates to the shopping, communication and engagement with benefits
  • Be visionary in your ideas and recommendations to go beyond what is possible today
  • Execute hypothesis testing, prototypes and design thinking methodologies to deliver solutions and address the root issues and deliver on the intended outcomes 
  • Advance the growth, health and technology capabilities to continuously improve the experience and set the standard in the market
  • Balance feature/experience improvements with product health: quality, scalability, performance, infrastructure needs
  • Consult with senior leaders of the executive team to get input, alignment, and be the advocate of the consumer during strategic planning
  • Maintain a prioritized investment backlog of market driven needs for the functional product area
  • Foster and environment that creates high performing scrum teams
  • Support buy, build partner evaluations to support needs of your functional product area
  • Coordination with Product and Engineering leadership for large scale initiatives 
  • Consultation with Customer Development at functional product area level
  • Inspire the growth of product owners and product manager and share best practices


  • Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  • Minimum of 5+ years of software product or support experience
  • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and transforming existing SaaS technology products
  • Experience creating and deliver customer web/mobile shopping experience particularly around push and pull engagement and communications
  • Familiar with designing 3rdparty integrations using APIs
  • Understanding of creating recommendation engines/algorithms to deliver a meaningful customer experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Technical background, with experience in managing SaaS solutions
  • Must be able to travel 20% of the time (if needed)
