What you’ll do:  


Our Product Management team scales our data and analysis capabilities to the whole company through the development of an innovative data platform and relevant applications.


As Product Manager, you’ll lead strategic planning on specific product initiatives, create innovative data-driven solutions to transform how our clients solve marketing and business challenges, and motivate internal teams to bring products to life.


Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Work closely with the SVP, Global Head of Product Development on setting product direction, defining requirements, developing pricing, and managing product launches
  • Work closely with media team, account leads, strategy & analytics leadership, senior management, as well as a cross-functional agile development team
  • Function as the product owner of a cross-functional agile development team. Responsibilities include specifying business requirements, prioritizing user stories, and supporting development
  • Maintain the product roadmap, inclusive of data partnerships, product features, algorithm development, and implementation
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. Analyze and understand customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals
  • Identify key market adoption milestones and manage team to accomplish those milestones
  • Assist in creating training materials and product collateral
  • Track and implement key beta clients
  • Provide input on prospective data partners and implement partnerships within the product
  • Support global rollout of the product
  • Define and drive extension of the product as a managed service or platform, in conjunction with strategic directives
  • Present product vision to company executives and across functions within company


We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • 5+ years of product management or related experience, with 2+ years in one or more of these domains: big data, application development, online advertising/media
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and problem solving experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction with virtual global teams and in a matrix organization
  • Dynamic, detail oriented, fast learning capacity and ability to work in a complex, high pressure environment
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner background a plus
  • Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment a plus
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree; Master’s Degreepreferred
  • Some Travelrequired
