Coordinating with product, engineering, and third-party teams to gain access to external data assets in a repeatable, and scalable manner and make them available for downstream use
Overseeing the routine ingestion of third-party data assets, exercising judgment as appropriate to classify information appropriately
Creating and maintaining reference tables to guide or enable downstream processes
Collaborating with analytics, data management, data science and engineering teams to develop proactive monitoring and validation measures to ensure high-quality data
Partnering with analytics and data science team members to ensure available data assets are properly curated for maximum business benefit (both current and future use cases)
Product Managers within the automotiveMastermind (aM) Data Operations team play a leading strategic role for coordinating with business stakeholders and engineering teams to establish, maintain, and improve data ingestion, storage, and validation processes.
In this role, you will:
Workwith commercial and product teams using a data-driven approach to identify business needs and evaluate opportunities tosupport business growth
Collaborate with data analysts, data management, data science, and engineering teams to develop short and long-term solutions to meet business needs and solve distinct problems
Use an analytical framework to evaluate data in the context of business goals and strategy to prioritize software development work
Develop quarterly goals, roadmaps, and write high-level product requirements with actionable KPIs and success metrics
Lead product development of new and existing data integrations from conception to delivery, managing each step including but not limited to research, requirements, release, and support
Manage upstream and downstream dependencies in design and execution of existing and future solutions
Present outcomes, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations confidently to senior leadership teams
Research and build intelligent automation and predictive systems that enable smarter business decisions and improved customer experience
Understand modern technologies and advise on the application thereof in creating a robust data and analytics ecosystem
Build domain expertise and exercise thought leadership in the industry
Minimum 3 yearsworking experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile scrum framework
BS in mathematics, engineering, economics, statistics, computer science, information management or related quantitative field
Strong knowledge of Agile development framework, with practical experience tosupport flexible application of principles
Experience leading a product from conception to delivery, managing each step including but not limited to research, requirements, release, and support
Strong conceptual understanding of data integrations technologies and standards
Working familiarity with road-mapping and issue tracking software applications (Aha!, MS Azure DevOps, Salesforce)
