DreamBox is looking for a Product Manager who will partner with key stakeholders to drive the next generation of DreamBox’s award-winning, game based studentexperience. The PM is responsible for analyzing data to understand how students are progressing to inform feature iterations to optimize learning. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with engineers one minute, marketing the next, thrives on analytics, and digs deep on problems to find innovative solutions.

Understand and advocate for the customer’s needs.
Interact directly with students, teachers, and industry gurus.
Drive customer research where needed.
Collaborate with our UX, data science, engineering, teaching and sales & marketing teams to identify and design new innovations that benefit students and teachers.
Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
Set product goals and develop a product roadmap to achieve them.
Maintain prioritized backlog.
Communicate data, insights and business requirements clearly, distilling complexity down to its essence.
Partner with UX and engineering team through the development process to bring features to life.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
Grow Student Engagement.
Maintain a roadmap and prioritized backlog for your feature area.
Reports to Director of Product Management.
Works closely with Product Managers, UX, Engineering, Teaching, Sales & Marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2-4 years of Product Management or Business Analysis experience building web products working in an agile environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with SQL.
Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
