Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product roadmap, core workable plans and performance evaluation. Products include: Ad creation and editing, video editing tools, and business platforms, data analysis tools.
2. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skill; Collaborate with educators, designers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze and identify opportunities;
3. Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally;
4. Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations; Ability to execute against defined tasks both tactically and strategically; Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
5. Simplify features and tools to ensure products are easy-to-use from customer's perspective. Responsible for the customer experience and efficiency.
Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree and 2+ years of or above experience in advertising platform product design / commercial platform product design / interface design
2. Have an ads background and rich knowledge of monetization products.
3. Strong ownership and communication, execution capabilities, strong abstraction and logical ability.
