Provides advanced and comprehensive technical application assistance in key sales and application situations. Able to provide product training in drives, motors, and motion control solutions. Applies current knowledge of competitive drive and motion products and competitors activities to win market share with Siemens partners. Must be able to properly recommend appropriate automation, electrical and mechanical products to fill application gaps for one complete solution. Assist in determining policy, programs, procedures in channel management. Implements pricing and bid strategies with the partners or through our sales force. Reviews and implement a profitable market strategy for both the business and channel partner in the served areas of responsibility.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
•BS/BA in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
•Application experience specifically in drives, motors and motion controls with the ability to correctly apply these equipment into the machinery.
•Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of the drive and motion field through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
•Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in drive and motion technology.
•Demonstrates knowledge of the Siemens organization and business practices. Typically 3-5 years of successful experience in related field.
•Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, etc.
•Strong communication skills – written and verbal – including ability to present to an audience.

Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues. Typically 5-8 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
