About the Role: At Papa Health we are seeking a senior-level Product Manager with a strong interest in the healthcare, digital health, telemedicine field and a passion for improving the experience of the patient healthcare journey. This person will play a key role on the Papa Health team and help define, iterate, and deliver next generation digital health products from concept to launch. The role will require working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, operations professionals, health experts, growth marketers, and sales to build impactful consumer-facing health products and services. We are looking for a seasoned product manager with execution excellence that can drive products into the market. The role requires working with health plan and provider clients and other partners to assure the Papa Health platform is delivering unparalleled customer value. We are seeking a product manager with a deep passion for disrupting the health space. As time goes by, the role will have an opportunity to expand to additional responsibilities to drive future products and services.

Essential Job Functions:

• Own product concept, development, and go-to-market strategy on products & services
• Facilitate ideation, development and delivery for new products and improvements across mobile, web, and back-end infrastructure
• Gather customer needs and feedback through frequent research and testing
• Set a product roadmap and measurable goals for your product
• Perform analysis to inform, measure and iterate on product development
• Synthesize research, analysis and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements
• Collaborate with designers to create and validate solutions to customer needs
• Drive team to deliver a healthy and efficient cadence of product releases
• Display collaborative and charismatic leadership with a commitment to customer obsession
• Execute pilots with internal and external partners to rapidly learn and grow the Papa Health platform
• Ability to connect the dots and translate business needs to internal development teams
• Ability to perform some project management and team coordination

Requirements:

• Non-hierarchical, with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves, multitask and dive into details
• A lack of ego, driven by group outcome, not the individual outcome
• Committed to supporting a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
• 5+ years building and scaling digital products and/or services
• Experience working with software components across mobile and web
• Proven track record of identifying customer and business needs and converting them into the application and operational requirements
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Passion for the health and wellness space
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Proficiency with writing product documents, marketing materials and communicating the product to stakeholders
• Comfortable in setting and delivering OKRs for the product organization
• Creative, data-driven, and execution excellence
• Team-oriented, with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves, multitask and dive into details
• Bachelor’s in engineering, science, or health-related discipline
• Master's preferred

Preferred:

• Experience designing for digital health product experiences
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus
