The Director, MTM will lead a team responsible for defining and driving our data strategy as well as ensuring our MTM program is operating within the regulatory
guidance provided by CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).
Our MTM program is highly regulated and ensuring we have a well thought out strategy with regards to our data and
oversight is critical. In addition, the MTM Director will lead all efforts regarding analytics, client dashboards
and operational reporting.
The primary objective of thisteam is to ensure we partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders todemonstrate the value of the MTM program, ensure the MTM program is running with the highest degree of data integrity and compliance and lastly, ensure our clients have visibility into the value and operational metrics aligned to their Star rating goals.
Additionally this team will be responsible for shaping the strategic roadmap as we continue to identify synergies with other clinical programs to improve the member experience, identify lower cost delivery solutions and improve PBM client satisfaction.
Lead analytic and compliance initiatives for the MTM team and work cross-functionally to define and execute against these initiatives.
Partner closely with key stakeholders from with cross-functional partners including IT, Compliance, PBM Account Sales Teams, Client and Internal Audit, Finance and our MTM
vendor(s) to define the analytic roadmap, audit and oversight strategies and client operational dashboards.
Represent the MTM Product team professionally during audit and client presentations.
Apply a growth mindset in defining analytic strategies and oversight activities.
Use critical problem solving skills to identify and articulate the root cause should findings be identified during audits.
Lead planning and execution of CMS End of Yearreporting efforts for the MTM program.
Impact and influence vendor partners when shaping data strategy and vendor oversight activities.
Apply a continuous improvement mindset across the team
Manage multiple initiatives to ensure the highest value, most impactful efforts are prioritized and are aligned to our overall strategic roadmap.
Synthesize client needs as well as internal insights and findings to inform our data strategy
Synthesize customer insights and ask key questions to inform the shape of digitalexperiences.
5+ years of experience in product management and analytics in a highly regulated environment.
5+ years of experience in roles requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills and the creation and delivery of succinct executive-level presentations
5+ years of experience in team building and leadership involving direct, indirect, and non-reports with proven ability to
work in a matrix team environment and demonstrate thought leadership and ability to influence where no direct line of control exists
5 + years of experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations
5+ years of experience in roles which require initiative to drive projects, tenacity to delivery results in a complex environment, and the ability to manage across many projects.
Proven track record effectively building strategic analytic roadmaps and improving
overall product integrity.
Self-motivated, high energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, high quality
and results driven environment.
Strong verbal communications and problem solving skills when engaging with key stakeholders,
clients and leadership.
Experience in team building and leadership involving direct and indirect resources
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally by building solid working partnerships
Bachelor’s degree. MBA (Preferred).
