Honeywell SPS serves customers in aerospace, automotive, commercial building, first responder, field service, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, power and utilities, medical, retail, supply chain, test & measurement and transportation markets. We are seeking a Product Line General Manager for our Mobility products. This position is expected to develop and execute on the mobility product line strategy and roadmap. This position can be located in the Charlotte, NC or Suzhou, China area. Job Responsibilities: - Lead the global mobility product line with a combined revenue of more than $600M. - Achieve the key LOB success metrics including global sales, contribution, gross and operating margin, pricing performance, delivery performance, inventory performance. - Lead global and regional product marketing, product strategy and roadmaps for the mobility portfolio. - Create and implement growth plans for the lines of business including appropriate product management and marketing initiatives. - Establish measurable action plans and performance metrics to monitor ongoing performance for the line of business. - Indirectly influence regional sales and marketing organizations to drive sales growth in mobility while assuring the long term strategic direction of the business. - Develop strong partnerships with key customers and suppliers. - Support Breakthrough Leader to generate ideas, drive and successfully launch breakthrough initiatives. - Actively drive and contribute to certify HOS Gold the Productivity Products business enterprise. 
BasicQualifications: -Bachelorsdegree. - A minimum of10years ofexperience in amarketing and product development role. - A minimum of5years ofexperience working with diverse global teams. - A minimum of5years of people managementexperience.AdditionalQualifications: - MBA or Master’sDegreepreferred. - Great team builder with proven track record for hiring, developing and promoting people into bigger roles. -Experience working within a matrixed operating environment as well as in a strategic consulting or senior staffmarketing role. - Excellent broad-based business thinker who can collaborate effectively with peers and executive functional and senior business line leaders. - Global operations exposure, withexperience in developing effective global business strategies andmarketing plans across many different operating environments. -Experience in electronics design, manufacturing and sourcing. - Proven track record to growing a business with profitable, organic initiatives that leverage a company's coretechnology, cost and competitive advantages. -Experience with the implementation of growth, new business development andmarketing initiatives that lead to stronger market penetration. - Proven ability to successfully direct new start-up business opportunities, including market assessment, strategic planning, objective setting and implementation. - Strong business acumen, 'street smarts' and an in-depth understanding of themarketing andfinancial implications of new opportunities. - Ability to understand and add value to high-level management interactions, with a proven ability to develop and 'sell' creative business strategies. - Ability to partner with the regionalsales organizations and assist incontract negotiation. -Experience managing in a matrixed andlean culture that continuously prioritizes growth as well as operational excellence. - Exceptional leadership skills, energy and teaming capability; the ability to lead and motivate,sharevision, inspire and rally colleagues.
