Design Automation Associates, Inc. (DAA) is a leading provider of Industry 4.0 Digitalization which enables our customers to become highly competitive manufacturers in their industries. We are growing rapidly and seeking a Director of Software Sales to support our Siemens PLM Value Added Reseller (VAR) business. The ideal executive will have demonstrable success in technical field sales and customer relationship management as well as 5+ years of achievement in similar prior roles. Candidate should display increased levels of combined sales responsibility and achievement of assigned annual quota and will have sold technology related software or professional services in a collaborative team environment with a focus on revenue growth.
This position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Business Development and will be a key member of the sales team, managing a combination of existing clients and expanding revenue growth by developing new business in new accounts. This is a customer facing field sales position and requires extensive sales planning, account management, and relationship building.
Education and Experience Requirements
On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base salary, bonus, and commission that ranges from $130-$160K annually, plus full benefits package.
