- 10 years post-undergraduate experience with 3+ years post MBA from a top-tier university
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, engineering or one of the hard sciences
- Demonstrated strong record of accomplishment in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy or other a high-performing role and organization
- Experience in information services, financial services or digital industries preferred
- Advanced knowledge of the product management lifecycle management and go to market processes, preferably in financial services
- Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts in order to assess implications to drive actions and to capitalize on opportunities
- Strong leadership skills: ability to take initiative and ownership and effectively leverage resources to drive successfully outcomes
- Comfort operating in and delivering high-profile results in ambiguous environments
- Superior analytical, quantitative and critical thinking skills, and the ability to clearly and simply articulate a perspective leveraging facts and data
- Superior communication skills (verbal, written, formal & informal)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to positively influence outcomes and ability to work across functions and levels of seniority
- Highly organized, excellent project management abilities
- Advanced fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Impact You'll Make:
Your role will evolve as we form the group and initially, you will:
- Develop the vision and roadmap for TransUnion’s Core Credit Solutions by partnering with our leaders across the organization
- Accountable for the longer-term P&L performance and strategy for your product portfolio
- Develop strategic insights based on market assessments grounded in primary and secondary research
- Collaborate with Sales, Markets, Data Science, Global Technology, Marketing, and the broader Global Solutions Team to create and maintain business plans with clear and measurable targets
- Partners with International Product leads to ensure best practice sharing between US and TU International Markets
- Develop and deliver senior level presentations to articulate strategy and business plans
- Designing and establishing a process for continuous improvement of our Income and Consumer Contributed Data Suite of solutions, leveraging a data-driven, hypothesis-test-learn approach
- Gather competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis, monitor strategy and competitive response for key competitive solution sets
- Engage with peers within Credit Risk Solutions (Scores, Alternative Risk Solutions and PRAMA) as well as other Global Solutions such as Marketing, Fraud and Diversified Solutions to ensure cohesive offerings
