Responsible for customer technology management (CTM), productivity support for CSBG advanced service products including data analytics. Primary goal is to deliver and achieve results through technical execution of customer engagements with data analytic applications. Requires interacting with key customer stakeholders, regional teams and customer/Lam exec interface meetings to understand customer’s problems and match up to CSBG existing service products. Strong understanding of installed base fab performance and technical aspects of Lam etch and or deposition tools required, to support customer deployment of analytic applications working collaboratively with local account team, RPS, and Global Product Group. Advanced services focus on Data Analytics, chamber matching and throughput optimization engagements.
This role will be directly influencing significant revenue projects key to CSBG, Lam businesses and will require regular visits and discussions with customer and local account team management in support of support of CSBG business.
