The JT Program Manager with FCA is responsible for managing the purchasing program management activities and the sourcing functions for the Jeep Gladiator. This position will support the production buyers on purchasing responsibilities for the program and will work closely with cross functional teams including Engineering, Supplier Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance, VCE, SCE, Manufacturing, and suppliers as the liaison between Purchasing and the cross-functional team. Responsibilities include ensuring purchasing requirements and metrics are met at all program milestones by removing roadblocks, aligning to the program variable and investment targets for purchased components, assessing program capacities, communicating the vehicle program needs so the team can properly support the program and providing Purchasing's input throughout the various milestones of the development cycle (sourcing, launch readiness, post launch supplier issues/recognitions, etc.) to ensure a successful program.
