Job Description

Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced Product Development Engineer in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for an innovative and growing medical device manufacturer. The Product Development Engineer will play a significant role in the design and development of medical implants.

Responsibilities for the Product Development Engineer include:

Designing and developing medical and surgical instruments and implants
Ensuring designs coincide with FDA medical device guidelines
Conducting in depth analysis of the performance, safety and design of future products

Qualifications for the Product Development Engineer include:

A minimum of 2 years' experience with the development of medical devices or similar products
Strong experience working with Creo CAD software
Experience working with SolidWorks preferred
Experience with FDA medical device guidelines
B.S. in Engineering or related field required

Compensation for the Product Development Engineer include:

Salary Range is dependent upon experience
