You think holistically, helping advance our design system while embracing a design process that favors learning and experimentation. If you’re ready to help us transform healthcare, we want to hear from you!

  • Shape the patient user experience and strategy while working closely with developers, product managers, and researchers
  • Help craft and guide the design process from discovery to delivery ensuring that designers have the space to work and can effectively communicate through the organization
  • Refine our design process to find more effective ways for exploration and delivery
  • Help evaluate and hire new designers
  • Be an advocate for the user

What’s required

  • 6+ years of proven success delivering consumer experiences with strategic impact. You have demonstrated experience leading design through the product design lifecycle from ideation, research, low-fidelity prototyping to interaction details and QA

  • Excellence in interaction design and competence in visual design
  • Experience with agile, working in-house with co-located developers and product teams
  • Familiarity with user research, both qualitative and quantitative
  • A willingness to grow, and help others grow through radical candor
  • An experimental mindset

What you’ll get

  • A competitive compensation package
  • A home at one of the best places to work in NYC
  • 100% employer-covered health insurance and a flexible vacation policy
  • An incredible team of smart and supportive people
  • The chance to create a better healthcare experience for millions of patients!
