We are looking for a self-motivated Product Delivery Manager to join our ever-expanding team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the Product Delivery Manager will play a key role in one of Canada’s leading growth-stage fintech companies. Working in a cross-functional team, this individual will have the unique opportunity to work across PayBright’s products to ensure the timely delivery and execution of product releases and special projects within the product organization.
The Role
- Function as a facilitator across business and technical discussions to ensure plans, scope, delivery, and outcomes are aligned with goals and strategies
- Design product delivery, working closely with all Product Managers to ensure air-tight execution
- Engage with stakeholders to collect priorities and sequence them by impact to the business
- Work with our technology and product design teams to ensure products are delivered on time and according to plan
- Monitor all ongoing projects and flag any roadblocks that arise in each area. Work with each relevant Product Manager to unblock their respective projects
- Work with Customer Success and Merchant Success teams to successfully to build messaging and communicate launch timelines
- Gather and analyze feedback for continual improvements
- Ensure effective internal and external communication with all stakeholders regarding product development processes and progress reporting
- Manage and support special projects that arise on the Product Team
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Consulting, and Tech Implementation
- Previous experience collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Fluent in collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Excel, and Roadmapping tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in FinTech considered an asset
- Organized, focused, independent, with a “can-do” attitude.
