About The Role:

As a Product Business Analyst, you will prepare detailed specifications for the product development team, based on research and discussions with stakeholders. You will work closely with the development teams, and act as an agilescrummaster. In addition, you will manage complex projects.

More specifically, you will:

  • Create product business and functional requirements for new products.
  • Manage story creation in JIRA.
  • Join development daily stand up meetings, representing product as a scrummaster.
  • Manage projects and initiatives important to product roadmap. Assist with the creation of product documentation
  • Analyze data sets to assist in data quality efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • You are able to work effectively across multiple disciplines, possess an open and collaborative work style and can translate business objectives into functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years business analyst or product related experience
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to complete long-term projects
  • A laser focus on outstanding business outcomes with effective and fast decision making that takes into account the interests of all four key stakeholders – employees, customers, shareholders, and partners
  • Experience working in an Agile process to drive innovation, accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing risk
  • Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in taking a project and running with it, with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including technical writing skills.
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
