A Product and Marketing Manager to be a critical member of the Greetings Digital Commercialization team, building on the team’s success to date to rapidly grow Hallmark’s e-commerce business and capabilities.


The Greetings Digital Commercialization team is leading the charge to bring Hallmark’s most iconic products to the consumer, wherever and whenever she wants to use them. Team DC is a small, multi-disciplinary team with a passion for charting new ground and driving growth for the company!


Leading the product development, marketing, assortment, and online merchandising for the social expressions e-commerce business across Amazon and click & collect retailers. Ultimately you will strive to ensure Hallmark products are relevant and accessible in the online marketplace, and that our customers see Hallmark as a best-in-class partner for digital commercialization. You will partner closely with the product development and creative teams and across Team DC to drive year-over-year exponential growth for the category. This role will be a category lead for the Amazon business, and a key interface for all click & collect retailers.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Model line selection and identification of incremental product development needs
  • Ownership of marketing budget and strategy for social expressions product on Amazon
  • Direct and dotted line management of a product and marketing team
  • Collaboration with shopper marketing teams on click & collect activation
  • Direction of product content to drive an optimal shopping experience
  • Alignment with Team DC operations on inventory and fulfillment implications of all product and marketing strategies

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, brand or shopper marketing, or digital product development
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects
