- Initiates, develops and manages initiatives for assigned product line based on customer research and analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods to capitalize on market conditions, trends, and changes in key segments.
- Identifies product marketing opportunities, develops and presents proposals to test opportunities.
- Compiles, analyzes and summarizes test results and presents findings and recommendations for existing products and the development of new products/strategies.
- Leads business sustaining and enhancing initiatives.
- Provides ongoing support for sales, customer support and training.
- Manages relationships and projects with cross functional stakeholder groups.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Economics
- 3+ years of experience in product management or sales strategy
- Able to solve problems using data
- Adaptability and agility in changing circumstances; handling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of pricing, consumer services, and product management best practices preferred
- Ability to clearly define and communicate vision, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with quantitative, business and front-line teams
