General Purpose of Job

Produce high quality, dynamic video & multimedia programs for a variety of audiences, in an exciting, fast paced, collaborative environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities


  • Produces high quality multimedia solutions for key partners throughout the enterprise, ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely manner.
  • Has the ability to translate client needs into programs that tell a story in a variety of video mediums such as animation, scenario based, interview and host based methods.
  • Organizes shooting schedules, directs the work of in-house and freelance production staff as well as on camera and off camera talent. 
  • Performs or monitors the post production activities to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Supports the Director of Video & Multimedia in the development of innovative ideas around multimedia while providing targeted solutions.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Video & Multimedia to identify current and future multimedia trends, tools, and techniques, and advises partners on how to appropriately act upon them.
  • Ensures that all deliverables produced are meeting all objectives pertaining to quality, compliance, and regulations.
  • Supports Corporate and Business Unit strategic initiatives from a multimedia perspective.
  • Advises Director of Video & Multimedia on any process inefficiencies and cost reduction opportunities to promote and support a continuous improvement philosophy and service culture.

  • Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Performs other duties as required.



Minimum – 4 yearBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors) in computer technology, electronic communications, journalism, marketing or film and video production.



  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in all phases of video and multi-media production and development including, but not limited to:
  • Writing
  • Directing
  • Cinematography
  • Audio recording
  • Lighting
  • Editing
  • Format compression
  • Animation
  • Motion effects


As a Plus

Experience with DSLR cameras and lenses

Experience with Visual design

Knowledge of HTML 5


Technical/Professional Knowledge

Required job knowledge and skills:

  • Knowledge of the following software applications: Adobe Premiere CC; Adobe AfterEffects;
  • Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated knowledge of video and audio editing/post production.
  • Proven ability to consult with clients
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, analyze and synthesize complicated information.
  • Demonstrated ability to support meetings and presentations in a variety of venues and formats. 



Regional Domestic – (20-25%)


Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands, handle and feel, and talk and hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move: Weight: Up to 25 lbs
  • Employee must be able to work more than 40 hours per week.
