Liberty Title & Escrow is seeking ambitious, self-motivated, Processors interested in a rewarding career. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ Title Examining for both Residential and Commercial Titles. The focus of this role is to perform HUD review, title clearance, policy review, assist with disbursements when necessary, and post-closing, all while providing exceptional customer experience.

To be successful in this role a candidate must have:

  • Proven ability to manage daily workload and pipeline in RamQuest Software.
  • Proven ability to prepare closing documents on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent follow through and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain open communication with team members and team lead.
  • High energy with a positive attitude
  • Ability to review HUDS for approval/communicating with all parties
  • Ability to set and manage priorities, manage multiple tasks and deliverables

A day in the life of a Processor:

  • Prepare closing documents.
  • Assists with title clearance (commitment and document review), policy requests and review

  • Assists Disbursements Department when needed
  • Assists with all Post Closing issues
  • Reviews daily reports to ensure completion of assigned team duties
  • Keeping current with our products/services, our industry and competitors

Our successful candidates generally have:

  • A High School diploma
  • Experience in title examining of both Residential and Commercial
  • Must have Soft Pro or RamQuest experience
  • Concentrated attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to frequent change
  • Proven work ethic, punctual & dependable; positive work references

JOB SUMMARY

Works directly with Teams and is responsible for ensuring that the branch location meets or exceeds company expectations while maintaining client satisfaction. The incumbent is responsible for participating in the daily operations including, but not limited to HUD review, title clearance, policy review, assist with disbursements when necessary,

Post-closing, customer service and other duties required to ensure work is completed by end of the day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of closing documents
  • Responsible for reviewing HUDS for approval/communicating with all parties
  • Ability to manage daily workload and pipeline in RamQuest Software
  • Assist with title clearance (commitment and document review), policy requests and review
  • Assist Disbursements Department when needed
  • Assist with all Post Closing issues
  • Attend and participate in bi-weekly team meetings
  • Maintain open communication with team members and team leader
  • Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned team duties
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • Years of experience in title examining of both Residential and Commercial preferred
  • Established relationships within the industry
  • Proven work ethic, punctual & dependable; positive work references
  • Leadership skills to manage employees
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and be a team player
  • Flexibility and adaptability to frequent change
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Concentrated attention to detail
  • Must have Soft Pro or RamQuest experience

WORK CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary. Some travel may be required.
