Process Safety Manager in Monroe, LA

Qualifications for immediate consideration:

• BS required Engineering ABET-accredited preferred
• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing PSM programs
• Experience leading PHA's and HAZOP's
• Analytical skills and competencies, data analysis, reporting, and developing procedures/best practices
• Effective communications, engagement, collaboration, and leveraging resources
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and train on all areas of Process Safety Management
• Open to the U.S. and occasionally international travel

Scope of responsibility includes:

• Develop, implement PSM program including standardizing PHA and HAZOP programs
• Drive accountability within functional areas of Process Safety Management, developing organizational competencies
• Building strong partnerships across technical departments
• Drive/influence PSM culture
• Provide technical acumen and support for multiple systems, designing solutions
